Payment and Billing

For paid subscriptions:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy

5. User Content

Your Rights

You retain all rights to the content you create using Pulavi. We do not claim ownership of your documents or text.

License to Use

By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content to provide our services, including AI analysis and suggestions.

Prohibited Content

You may not use Pulavi to create, store, or share:

• Illegal or harmful content
• Hate speech or discriminatory material
• Spam or malicious software

6. AI Accuracy
